  • Managing registration for events organised by the Association.

  • Processing payments through the Stripe platform.

  • Managing communications related to the event.

  • Complying with legal obligations.

  • Sending informative communications if the user expressly authorises it.

The legal basis for processing the data is.

  • Performance of the contractual relationship arising from event registration.

  • Compliance with legal obligations.

  • The data subject’s consent in the case of subscription to communications.

The following data may be collected.

  • Name and surname

  • ID card or identity document (if needed for insurance)

  • Email address

  • Phone

  • Data needed to take part in the event

  • Payment information managed by Stripe

The Association does not store full bank card details. Payment is managed by Stripe Technology Europe Ltd., which acts as data processor.

5. RECIPIENTS

Data may only be disclosed when necessary for.

  • Insurance companies (for event cover).

  • Service providers needed to organise the event.

  • Public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

No international data transfers outside the European Economic Area will be made except those required by the use of technology platforms that comply with applicable regulations.

6. DATA RETENTION

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and while legal liabilities may arise.
