GRAVAL 2023

On 13 October 2023 we held the first edition of GRAVAL in València. A 400 km off-road route with 7,500 m+, and a 60 hour time limit.

62 riders from nine nationalities started, and half of them finished.

The route passed through l’Albufera, the Caroche massif, the Sierra Martés and the Chera Natural Park, with very hard climbs and rocky sections. It had four checkpoints, in Bolbaite, Cofrentes, Requena and Buñol, where riders stamped their CP Card.

Unusually high temperatures, fatigue, breakdowns and time management shaped the edition.
